Overview:
The Axel Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our client's team. This organization specializes in architectural design, real estate, and related industries, focusing on delivering innovative solutions and fostering growth through strategic marketing efforts. The role involves supporting proposal development, marketing collateral creation, and various communications initiatives to help drive business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Write, design, and manage proposal submissions for new business opportunities, including creating compelling marketing materials required for successful proposals.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of proposal completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to strict submission requirements.
  • Design and manage new business portfolios and presentations, incorporating basic graphic design skills and complying with existing brand standards.
  • Maintain and organize records and documents, including data entry into CRM systems (Deltek Vantagepoint).
  • Utilize data to inform decision-making and research efforts.
  • Organize and maintain firm certifications, legal documents, and business forms.
  • Support other marketing and communication activities such as public relations, website updates, social media, award entries, project photography, conference attendance, and miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to independently handle complex and ambiguous tasks, while effectively planning and strategizing.
  • Strong attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills, including knowledge of layout and adherence to brand standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and familiarity with Adobe InDesign.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing or proposal coordination role.
  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, media, or public relations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the architectural design or real estate industries is a plus.

Compensation:
$70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience

This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work independently and efficiently under strict deadlines.
