Overview:
The Axel Group is seeking a Civil Engineer for our client's team. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic firm specializing in civil engineering and land development projects. As a Civil Engineer, you will contribute to designing, planning, and managing site development initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and professionals
• Review, interpret, and implement ordinance and regulatory requirements
• Attend meetings such as Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors, and Zoning Hearing Board sessions
• Assist with proposal writing and project planning
• Interact with township officials, DEP, PennDOT, Conservation Districts, and other stakeholders
• Perform site grading, erosion control design, stormwater management, and site layout tasks
• Organize and prioritize work schedules for yourself and team members
• Prepare and conduct technical presentations and reports
• Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Market and promote professional services across disciplines and office locations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of land development experience preferred
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license highly desirable

Compensation:
Salary ranges from $70,000-$90,000 depending on experience
