The Axel Group is seeking a Senior Architect for our client's team. This reputable firm specializes in designing educational facilities, government buildings, and healthcare projects, with a focus on delivering innovative and impactful architectural solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects through all phases of design and documentation, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules.
• Manage client relationships, serve as the primary point of contact, and oversee project execution from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal project teams to produce and review construction documents.
• Collaborate closely with construction administration teams during the building phase.
• Use Revit and/or AutoCAD to develop accurate and comprehensive construction documents.
• Ensure projects meet client expectations, schedule, and budget constraints.

Requirements:

• Licensed Architect with 7–10 years of professional experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication, client management, and project leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD; candidates with AutoCAD-only experience will be considered.
• Experience with K-12 education projects is preferred, though candidates with government or healthcare experience are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $120,000 – $130,000 annually
• Discretionary bonus available
