Overview:
The Axel Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our client's team. This role involves overseeing luxury residential construction and renovation projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional client service. Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple custom home and luxury residential renovation projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.
  • Coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the construction process.
  • Review construction documents, specifications, and change orders while proactively resolving project challenges.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship on every project.
  • Work closely with field personnel and office staff to ensure accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a residential home builder or luxury custom home builder.
  • Experience managing custom homes, major renovations, or high-end residential construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, architects, and homeowners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with construction management software is a plus.

Compensation:
Salary up to $140,000.00 annually.
