Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join a reputable legal services team. In this full-time, in-office role, you will collaborate closely with attorneys to manage a diverse range of workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution. Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in managing a substantial caseload of workers’ compensation files
• Handle case matters efficiently from initial intake to case resolution
• Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Maintain accurate and organized case documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal procedures and deadlines

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior workers’ compensation experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish is required
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under deadlines
• Professional and personable demeanor

Compensation

• Salary up to $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Full-time, in-office position
