Our client, a rapidly growing multifamily property management company, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 100+ unit Class B community in New Haven, CT. With a portfolio spanning New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, this firm has built a reputation for strategically acquiring, renovating, and repositioning residential communities into high-performing assets.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day property management operations for a 100+ unit community
Lead and develop onsite staff, including maintenance and leasing personnel
Drive rent collection, delinquency management, and expense control
Manage property budgets, financial reporting, and overall asset performance
Coordinate maintenance operations, capital improvements, and vendor management
Ensure high standards of property appearance, safety, and compliance
Handle all aspects of resident relations, including renewals and conflict resolution
Conduct unit tours and support leasing and occupancy goals
Implement marketing and leasing strategies to maintain strong occupancy
Maintain accurate reporting on unit availability, expenses, and operations
Act as the primary liaison between ownership, residents, and vendors
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Property Manager within Class A or B multifamily communities
Proven experience managing 120+ unit properties
Strong background in property accounting, including rent collection and expense management
Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise onsite teams
Experience with amenity-rich communities is a plus
Highly organized with strong communication and leadership skills
