Survey Project Manager / PSM
Our client is one of the largest and fastest growing land surveying firms in the Southeast. They have built their reputation on large scale private land development and keep every phase of the process in house. Their West Palm Beach office is growing rapidly and they are looking for the right person to grow with them, whether that is an LSIT on the path to licensure or a seasoned professional with 10 to 20 years of experience looking for a Director-level role at a growing and stable firm.
PSM Responsibilities:
Manage private land development survey projects including boundary, topographic, and large-scale residential and commercial surveys
Serve as primary client point of contact throughout project lifecycle
Collaborate with field crews to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery
Review and sign off on survey work (PSM level)
Prepare route descriptions, legal descriptions, and project documentation
Mentor junior staff and field crews
Participate in business development and client relationship management (senior level)
Occasional field visits (10% of role)
PSM Requirements:
Florida PSM license or actively pursuing (LSIT with clear path strongly considered)
Private land development survey experience required; DOT/roadway-only is not a fit
AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency
Strong understanding of boundary survey principles and land development workflows
Full-time, in-office role

$100k - $175k (depending on level and years of experience)
