We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects focused on the restoration and rehabilitation of parking structures and related facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects involving concrete restoration, structural repairs, façade rehabilitation, parking garage restoration, waterproofing, expansion joint systems, sealants, and protective coatings.
• Coordinate with owners, developers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct site walks/assessments, develop and maintain schedules, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication across stakeholders; prepare progress updates and resolve issues proactively.
• Support pre-construction planning including procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to drive seamless execution.

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management, ideally within parking structure restoration or similar infrastructure/rehabilitation work.
• Strong understanding of structural repair methods, materials, and modern construction practices.
• Excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a team-based environment.
• Experience working with owners/developers and design professionals on active construction sites.
