  • Responsible for delivering the full lifecycle of recruiting focusing on sourcing, identifying, and hiring of employees
  • Coordinates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
  • Sources potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plans interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, video interviews, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assesses candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using ADP Applicant Tracking System
  • Ensures positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final on-boarding process
  • Maintains awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards
  • Leads employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
  • Actively works toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
  • Organizes and attends job fairs and recruitment events
  • Leads, supports, and participates in new hire orientation day on a monthly basis
  • Creates and updates data analytics for talent acquisition metrics and reporting
  • Achieves time-to-fill and quality-of-hire goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Fosters long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Drives process improvement and TA project and program management efforts
  • Maintains sound recordkeeping to ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of experience working in talent acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with the full-cycle of the recruiting process
  • Proficient in using HRIS software (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Proficient with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information and conduct oneself in a professional manner
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and team oriented, with the ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills have strong organizational, follow-up, problem solving, and analytical skills
