About the Company Our client is a 60-person commercial construction management firm with a strong track record across retail, restaurant, banking, and sports/recreation projects. Their portfolio includes ground-up and interior fit-outs for well-known brands such as AutoZone, Chase Bank, and Shake Shack, as well as larger projects like Princeton University’s hockey rink and indoor sports complexes. They do not work in multifamily or residential — their focus is entirely commercial. Responsibilities
Lead on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors and trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc.).
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Oversee materials, logistics, and job site safety.
Use Procore for project tracking, documentation, and coordination.
Collaborate closely with traveling Senior PMs and local team members.
Conduct site meetings and regular progress reporting.
Qualifications
5–10 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
Experience with ground-up builds and interior fit-outs (banks, retail, restaurants, or similar).
Procore experience required.
OSHA 30 preferred (not a dealbreaker).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and represent the client with professionalism.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting at $45/hr (about $95K annualized). Flexibility for strong candidates.
