We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with 4–7 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Revit and a proven track record of contributing to public projects. This position offers an opportunity to be involved in all phases of design and construction while collaborating with a diverse team of architects, consultants, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and effective architectural solutions for public projects, including civic, educational, or government facilities.
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings, models, and documentation using Revit.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Participate in project planning, programming, and design development phases.
- Perform code analysis, ensure compliance with regulations, and support permitting processes.
- Provide construction administration support, including reviewing submittals, RFIs, and conducting site visits.
- Contribute to maintaining the firm's standards for design excellence, sustainability, and technical quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 4–7 years of professional architectural experience, preferably on public projects.
- Proficiency in Revit is required; additional experience with other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and permitting processes.
- Strong design, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional licensure is a plus but not required.
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
