Our client, is seeking an Architect to join their growing team in West Palm Beach. You’ll collaborate closely with team members, clients, consultants, and leadership to design and deliver projects across a variety of typologies—commercial, workplace, hospitality, and mixed-use. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on all phases of design: concept development, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and administration
• Create compelling design presentations, 3D models, and construction documents
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead internal design charrettes and contribute original ideas that align with project goals
• Participate in material and product selection, detailing, and specifications
• Mentor junior team members (Senior Designer level)
• Ensure that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 4–10+ years of professional experience (Designer: 4–6 yrs, Senior Designer: 7–10+ yrs)
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools such as Rhino, Enscape, or SketchUp
• Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail and innovation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Licensure (RA or NCIDQ) is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with South Florida building codes and permitting processes is a bonus
