PROJECT MANAGER 

The Axel Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of luxury custom home projects in Palm Beach, FL! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-end residential projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and expectations.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Quality Control: Monitor construction processes to uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Budget Management: Track project expenses and manage budgets to prevent overruns, ensuring financial accountability.
• Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during the construction process, providing timely solutions to keep projects on track.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including timelines, challenges, and accomplishments.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in luxury residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• LEED certification or other relevant credentials is a plus.
