Our client is one of the leading privately held real estate firms in the northeast. They have been in business for nearly 40 years and now have over 500 employees. They are actively looking to hire an experienced Regional Property Manager. 

The Regional Property Manager supports and executes the Company’s strategies related to property management operations by directing the team members on the assigned portfolio of properties, and by implementing the policies, procedures and practices that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.

Role reports directly to VP of Operations and will oversee parts on NY state and northern NJ.
