Our client is looking for a Land Development Project Manager to join their Dallas, Texas office. They are a well-established multi-disciplinary firm that is continuing to grow at a local and national level. As the Project Manager, you will be pivotal in orchestrating, guiding, and harmonizing various tasks for conceiving diverse commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial developments. Moreover, you will take charge of nurturing, overseeing, and instructing engineers and Engineer-in-Training (EIT) throughout the design and construction phases. Your engagement will extend to streamlining construction documents and actively participating in the administrative aspects of project construction.

- Lead, supervise, and synchronize the design phases of commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial development projects.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to foster conceptual growth.
- Supervise project structuring, scheduling, financial allocation, and execution.
- Provide guidance, oversight, and mentorship to engineers and EITs during the design and construction processes.
- Formulate and manage the development of construction documents.
- Actively contribute to the construction administration aspects of ongoing projects.
- 3+ Years as PE or SE
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree(s) in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- Professional Engineering Licensure.
- 5-8+ years of recent related experience in civil or engineering.
- Proficiency with Civil 3D, Revit, RAM products, RISA, and ETABS.
