Construction Services Department Manager (Ft. Meyers)
Salary: $125,000-150,000 

As the Construction Services Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Construction Services Department, including but not limited to: technicians, fieldwork, and laboratory services. 

Required Qualifications:

• Florida Professional Engineer (P.E. License)
• Experience with Construction Materials Testing
• Experience with Geotechnical Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

• • American Concrete Institute Certifications
  • FDOT Construction Training Qualifications Program Certifications

Job Responsibilities:

• • Maximize long and short term profits for both the Lab & Construction Services Department
  • Manage field technician's and inspector's daily tasks
  • Meet with various clients and promotes Business Development 
  • Supervise, hire, terminate, evaluate, and mentor employees
  • Quote costs and fees to clients
  • Prepare proposals and reports
  • Manage office personnel, including reporting and invoicing
  • Coordinate personnel and equipment within the department
